Thank you for using VCUS Pro. If you purchased a Pro subscription but are still unable to use the Pro functions, please check if your payment was declined.
1. Please check if you cancelled the subscription or if the payment failed. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap Account at the top. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions", then tap "iTunes & App Store" instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.) Check if there is a VCUS subscription. If so, make sure the subscription has not expired.
2. Please uninstall the app and install again.
3. Open VCUS and tap Restore purchases in Me.
4. If the problem remains unsolved, please go to Me - Feedback and send a detailed description of your issue with screenshots and your contact information. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
